Our Team:

Our purpose is to ensure an exceptional employee experience from day one through continuous development, making sure every person has the tools, information, and support needed to contribute to our mission of chasing the miracles of science. What makes us unique is our comprehensive approach: we combine operational excellence with a human touch, working directly with manufacturing teams, unionized personnel, and office employees to create solutions that truly impact their daily work experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the complete onboarding cycle for new employees, including documentation preparation, work tools requests, and coordination with multiple areas to ensure a smooth experience.

• Administer payroll and time & attendance processes, performing validations, following up on incidents, and collaborating with external vendors to resolve employee inquiries.

• Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring compliance with local regulations, audit preparation, and documentation management for internal movements and promotions.

• Coordinate offboarding processes, collecting necessary documentation, managing tool returns, and ensuring proper file closure.

• Provide support for benefits and corporate programs, channeling inquiries, distributing campaign information, and facilitating access to services for plant employees.

About you

Experience:

  • Experience in administrative support, human resources, or customer service roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Soft skills:

  • Exceptional customer service orientation with ability to actively listen and effectively channel information.
