Functional (job responsibilities)


HLCC Recruitment

  • Responsible to arrange interview for Service Managers and Support Team’s Managers.
  • Follow up documentation submission status with candidates and HR.
  • Prepare System IDs, Door Access for new joiners.
  • Remove all the system IDs and Door Access when staff exiting.

Employee Engagement

  • Manage and provide guidelines and initiatives to improve employee engagement in HLCC.
  • Work with frontline to deploy staff engagement activities for performance and engagement.

Administrative

  • To assist and support general administrative work within HLCC.
  • Provide accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly reports, including Sales Incentive, frontline allowance payout and etc.
  • Complete assigned projects by organizing and coordinating requirements, planning and arranging meeting and monitoring results.

HLCC Technology

  • Ensure all initiatives are compliant with the Bank’s policies.
  • Liaise with users, internal teams and business partners drive solution workability.
  • Drive technical and functional meetings with users and business partners to achieve a productive outcome.
  • Responsible to oversee Hong Leong Contact Centre operational requirements are met on a day to day basis.
  • Ensure all monthly and yearly designated activities (i.e. Business Continuity, Security reviews etc.) are met.

Jobholder Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen

  • Fresh graduates from various backgrounds of study are invited to apply for this position. Diploma and SPM holder are welcomed to apply too.

  • Good communication skills in English and Malay, being able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Basic PC knowledge, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.

  • Must be willing to work in PJ City
