Join our Transformers Insulation and Components R&D team, where you'll lead innovative and disruptive projects within our Technology organization. As a Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of exploring new technologies and driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of Transformer Components. Your responsibilities
Lead disruptive technology programs, consolidating innovative initiatives across the product group
Coordinate strategic projects between Technology Centers and their teams
Explore and integrate new market technologies to enhance our product portfolio
Collaborate with third parties, including universities and companies, to support project execution
Actively scout for co-creation opportunities and manage intellectual property with legal teams
Mine scientific literature and patent databases for new ideas and insights
Network with customers, universities, and technical bodies to stay at the forefront of industry developments
Ensure projects follow methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures in R&D
Provide risk management and analyze impact of risk on the overall timeline and costs
Your background
MSc in Engineering; further education in Electrical Engineering or Physics is advantageous
Certifications in Business or Project Management are a plus
Over 5 years of industry and project/program management experience
Experience in transformers, high voltage, or the energy industry is highly valued
Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proven ability to work in international teams and drive collaborative solutions
High level of self-motivation and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
