We are needing a Dispatcher to join our Auckland team!

What you will do:

  • Dispatch of technicians to attend breakfix and preventative maintenance customer service requirements

How you will do it: 

  • Ensure that customers receive service in a timely manner, within their expectations and within contractual obligations (e.g. SLA)

  • Ensure Technicians’ productivity is maintained at a high level i.e. jobs are promptly assigned and scheduling anomalies are promptly addressed

What we look for?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building or building related industries

  • Thorough understanding of the Fire business and in particular the challenges of Technicians in the field

  • Prior knowledge of Dispatching and Pronto preferred

  • Proven ability to effectively manage planned/unplanned workloads

  • Proven ability to identify and resolve customer needs in a timely manner

  • Problem solving and analytical skills
