We are currently searching for dedicated candidates to join our dynamic team as Business Analyst.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support decision-making and provide insights and measuring the success of the Presales Technical Consultant Function. The role applies statistical and analytical methods to explore data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and extract actionable insights. The role helps the Inside Presales Consultants Organization make data-driven decisions, optimize processes, and achieve their strategic objectives. The role provides strategic recommendations to senior management based on data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track and analyze technical presales performance across different markets and countries.
  • Measure and assess KPIs related to Inside Technical presales effectiveness, service adoption, and solution sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation within the technical presales function.
  • Utilize analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from data sourced from various platforms, including core CRM tool, Inside Presales Database, and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
  • Assist in defining relevant and actionable metrics to gauge the success of technical presales initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and senior management to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical presales operations.
  • Utilizes scientific design and data collection methodologies, tools and analysis packages to collect, validate, and analyze research data.
  • As a Data Science enthusiast, stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 2-4 years of work experience in a business analyst or similar role, preferably in presales, services/solutions sales analytics capacity.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to work with data from multiple sources.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics, MS SQL Server, or other enterprise data warehouse solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results.

Preferred Certifications
Programming Language/s Certification (SQL, Python, or similar)
