The Field Marketing Specialist will partner closely with the Field Marketing Managers to plan and execute high-impact marketing programs that drive pipeline and support regional and industry priorities. This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with Sales and Business Unit stakeholders, as well as colleagues across Corporate Marketing, to bring in-person and digital events to life. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple initiatives, and motivated by measuring and improving marketing performance.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events (webinars, workshops, user groups, executive programs, tradeshows), including invites, landing pages, registration tracking, and post-event sales follow-up
  • Research and identify activities to connect with personas including users, managers, and executives (relevant associations, events, social outreach)
  • Nurture existing leads through digital content, events, and other persona-based marketing methods, supporting program tactics such as personalized web pages, social outreach, and email nurture campaigns
  • Manage the marketing calendar to ensure that all major events, webinars, and related programs are documented and communicated to internal teams
  • Track and report on event and program performance, including registration, attendance, and lead engagement metrics


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English or Writing
  • A minimum of 2 years' marketing-related experience in B2B
  • An understanding of online/offline events/program management specifically around webinar management
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive and curious, comfortable asking questions and learning new tools or processes
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
