Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to execute projects effectively.
  • Analyze and design lean manufacturing cells using effective systems and simulation tools.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production and facility equipment and machinery.
  • Implement strategies to improve quality and productivity.
  • Coordinate with design engineering and manufacturing teams on product launch activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety and design standards and guidelines.
  • Develop operational budgets and control costs within budget.
  • Keep abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and systems to improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary range:

$70,500.00 - $126,500.00
