Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous enhancement of the software to support evolving business demands will be part of your routine activities. Your role is pivotal in delivering customized software solutions that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and update documentation related to application design and configuration to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor application performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and access control within Workday environments.
- Ability to configure and manage user roles, permissions, and security groups effectively.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues in Workday applications.
- Familiarity with integration points and data security considerations in Workday HCM.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
