Program Manager – Strategic Initiatives & Communications

As part of Walmart EBS Global Finance & Business Services, you’ll help shape and execute strategic initiatives that support our transformation and operational excellence. This role partners closely with the Chief of Staff to drive high-impact projects, elevate team communications, and foster a strong associate experience and culture. You’ll make an impact by…

• Leading strategic projects and initiatives in partnership with the Chief of Staff
• Creating executive-level communications and team-wide messaging
• Developing presentations and narratives that bring data and strategy to life
• Planning and coordinating events such as town halls, team builders, and training sessions
• Managing organizational tasks and project timelines across multiple workstreams
• Reporting key metrics, wins, and insights for executive consumption
• Conducting listening sessions with associates to gather feedback and drive engagement
• Supporting associate experience initiatives and culture-building efforts
• Driving operational efficiencies and visibility across teams
• Escalating and resolving issues, and providing clear communications across stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management
• Experience in strategic communications and executive storytelling
• Strong organizational and event planning skills
• PMP and/or CSM certifications are a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• A team player who thrives on collaboration and results

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
