This Administrative Associate will support the leadership team of the Talent Strategy & Development department within Global Talent Management. The ideal candidate anticipates needs and proactively solve problems. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.  

As an Administrative Associate, you will:

  • Maintain calendar for department and leaders, including scheduling meetings, organizing and coordinating events, and tracking attendance.
  • Make travel arrangements and order refreshments when needed.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines, with limited opportunity to exercise independent judgment.
  • Order department office supplies as needed and monitor expenditures.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other written and visual materials.

What it takes

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative or related experience, preferably in a medium to large size organization
  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience; Associate degree or related degree preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take direction, be adaptable, and balance multiple priorities.
  • A positive and collaborative demeanor!
