What You’ll Do:

• Partner with business and project leaders to deeply understand their goals, define critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver insights that drive action.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, performance drivers, and opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation, requirements, and testing plans that support data-driven initiatives.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools to empower self-service analytics and data storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, and Analytics to resolve data issues and support transformation projects.
• Manage‌ ‌external‌ ‌technical‌ ‌communication‌ ‌with‌ ‌partners‌ ‌and‌ ‌vendors.‌ ‌
• Keep‌ ‌up‌ ‌with‌ ‌current‌ ‌technical‌ ‌and‌ ‌industry‌ ‌developments.‌ ‌
• Contribute to our AI innovation journey by experimenting with prompt tuning and optimising for Gemini-based applications.

Who You Are:

• BS/MS/PhD in Business, IT, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 8 years of relevant experience beyond your first degree.
• Skilled at translating complex analyses into simple, business-friendly language.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and a solid understanding of statistics.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Open to using design thinking methods to frame problems and solutions.
• Comfortable working under pressure, navigating change, and balancing speed with reliability and interpretability.
• Familiarity with prompt tuning for generative AI applications (e.g., Gemini)

As a Senior Data Analyst you need to:

• Proactively lead and deliver end-to-end data projects.

• Manage the full data project lifecycle and processes.

• Handle stakeholder projects independently to free up strategic bandwidth.

• Support people development and process improvements.

• Own and optimise the entire data analytics tech stack.

• Communicate effectively and engage actively beyond desk-bound tasks
