Position Summary
-Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare providers, fostering collaboration and partnership.
-Issue Resolution: Addressing concerns and issues raised by providers, working closely with internal teams to resolve problems promptly and efficiently.
-Communication: Facilitating clear communication between the Signify Health and providers, disseminating important updates, policies, and relevant information.
-Advocacy: Advocating for providers' needs within the organization, ensuring their perspectives are considered in decision-making processes.
-Quality Improvement: Collaborating with providers to identify areas of improvement in service delivery, patient care, and overall operational efficiency.
-Data Analysis: Analyzing data related to provider feedback, complaint trends to identify areas for improvement.
-Collaboration: Collaborating with internal departments such as Network Support, Mobile, Education, marketing, operations to ensure seamless coordination and support for providers.
-Networking: Actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the organization's provider network.
-Compliance: Ensuring that providers adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies, providing necessary guidance and support.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of prior relevant professional experience, preferably with a focus on customer service, provider relations, management, or a related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry experience, ideally in a customer service or provider relations.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
