This role oversees demand and supply planning, as well as overall demand fulfilment processes, including inventory strategy and investment management, demand forecasting, production and capacity planning, and fulfilment activities.

Operating as an advanced subject matter expert, this position requires making critical decisions on complex issues and ambiguous matters, and provides direction regarding approach and priorities across the supply chain

As a key driver in shaping true customer and consumer demand signals, the Demand/Supply Chain Planner ensures alignment of supply chain and broader organizational resources. Leveraging data insights, the role focuses on improving forecast accuracy while actively collaborating with cross- functional teams to develop and execute robust demand plans.

Additionally, this role involves monitoring and participating in day-to-day operations across demand and supply planning, distribution, and indirect procurement for FME ANZ, as directed by the Head of Supply Chain Operations ANZ. The Supply Chain Planner also provides operational leadership support by managing demand and supply, inventory, logistics, and procurement activities in the absence of the Head of Supply Chain Operations ANZ.
