Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for various applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
  • Implement and integrate middleware components to support system functionality.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for communication between embedded systems and external applications.
  • Perform software validation and verification to ensure high-quality and reliable software.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in embedded software development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming.
  • Strong understanding of middleware architecture and implementation.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with software validation and verification processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS) and embedded Linux.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with code review and bug management systems (e.g., Bitbucket, JIRA).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
