SAP Consultant – Master Data

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Consultant to join our Master Data Management team. In this role, you will support and optimize SAP processes across Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP). You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and system reliability.

How you will make an impact

• Design, review, and implement consistent and valid master data processes for selected objects (products, materials, documents)
• Ensure alignment with corporate standards across all business units
• Support SAP-related functional and technical queries from local units
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and UATs
• Monitor and enhance data quality procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP enhancements and solutions
• Document processes and share knowledge with relevant stakeholders
• Provide training on master data processes and tools to employees

Your background

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA, with strong knowledge of MM, SD, and PP modules
• Experience in SAP integration technologies and best practices
• Strong understanding of master data structures and dependencies
• Ability to read and interpret functional and technical specifications in English
• Excellent communication skills with both business users and technical teams
• Master’s degree in IT, technical, or business discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently under pressure
• Professional approach, responsibility, and initiative
• Experience in multinational environments with cultural sensitivity awareness
• Fluent spoken and written English
