We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role requires strong technical expertise in SailPoint, Java development, and IAM best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions including workflows, rules, and connectors

  • Develop and maintain SailPoint integrations with various systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud platforms)

  • Customize SailPoint components using BeanShell scripting and Java

  • Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes such as provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and certification

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions

  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of SailPoint environments

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity governance and access management

  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements

  • Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ

  • Strong proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services

  • Experience with IAM concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, SOD, and access certification

  • Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), databases (SQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SailPoint certification(s)

  • Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, ForgeRock)

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environment

Only candidates able to gain or currently holding a current Australian Federal Government Security Clearance at Baseline will be considered for this role. Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
