Main Responsibilities

“A Day in the Life”

• 修理・点検・保守および貸出機に係るサービスの対外窓口
• 海外製造元への督促や問い合わせ対応
• 上記サービス全般における事務処理作業
• 貸出器の予約受付全般、セールスからの依頼事項への対応
• 業務改善による品質向上とプロセス効率化
• 顧客満足のための業務改善立案、プロジェクトマネジメント

Must Haves

• 学士（４年制大学卒）以上又はそれに相当する学位、資格保持者
• 営業もしくは営業事務経験
• 高い対人能力・コミュニケーション能力（社内関連部署や代理店と円滑で密なコミュニケーションをとる）
• 顧客志向であり、チームプレイヤーであること
• 強い問題意識と分析能力
• 英語力：海外とのメールのやり取りやWeb会議でのコミュニケーションがスムーズに行えるレベル
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint）
• 医療業界での知識、経験があれば尚可
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば尚可
