FTE: 0 Shift: Various, Schedule: Variable

Candidate must be able to get to the following hospitals: Allenmore, Tacoma General, Mary Bridge, Good Samaritan (Puyallup), Auburn Medical Center, andCovington Medical Center after a four to six week training at Tacoma General.

Position Summary

The Food Service Worker Float is a collaborative opportunity on our Nutrition Services team. In this role, you will ensure MultiCare patients, families and visitors have the best possible nutritional health care experiences.

Responsibilities

  • You will perform a wide range of cashiering and grill cook duties applying excellent customer service

  • You will support our organizational values while serving a diverse population

  • You will follow all safety procedures and regulations as set by standards

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred

  • Current Washington State Food Handlers Card within seven (7) days of hire

  • Previous experience in institutional or restaurant food service preferred
