Job Description:

District Sales Manager (DSM) position will be responsible for directing the field sales efforts in the area. The DSM will perform direct selling activities and demand creation as well as coaching, teaching and managing a team of MDOs. The DSM will also provide leadership and vision for the MDOs in the district. He/She will Administer crop protection sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver revenue, volume and receivables in accordance with a business plan.
• Execute sales strategy such as price, campaign, rebate, retailer program.
• Provide demand forecast to ASM.
• Expand distribution channels in the market whilst maintaining the existing business.
• Monitor channel inventory to ensure the retailers campaign is right.
• Work with Category Manager & NC Ensure all demand generation activities aligned with strategy.
• Lead, coach and monitor MDO team by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.
• Work closely with the Category Manager & NC to implement business plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be minimum bachelor’s degree preferably from Agriculture or related major
• Must be willing to be located in designated area
• Experience in business agriculture (Sales & Marketing) min 5 year
