AirAsia X is hiring a dynamic, detailed, analytical Executive, Technical Services to join our exciting team. The Executive, Technical Services will manage all documentations/publications issued by the department, other departments and external organizations to ensure that all documents are current, complete, valid and accurate.

Accountabilities

  • Responsible to update and distribute all relevant technical data and operations manuals

  • Record and monitor loan of technical publication documents and ensure manuals are returned 

  • Issue and distribute technical publication documents to all registered holders

  • Record dispatch of technical publication documents

  • Check all controlled technical publication documents for completeness and current revision status

  • File all technical publication documents in a safe & secured place

  • Prepare copies of technical publication documents to be distributed to stations, aircraft and personnel

  • Alert superior of any discrepancies found related to technical publications

  • Any other relevant duty as assigned by the superior

Experience and Qualifications required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and any fields that related to the role 

  • At least 1 year of experience in relevant/similar positions

  • Good command of English communication both written and spoken.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive departmental issues.

  • Aptitude for working with computers

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Good interpersonal skills with a great team player mindset and service-minded.
