Nimble is looking for a motivated and experienced customer success lead for their growing Client Partner team, a team managing active Nimble accounts with a growth objective. In this player-coach role, you will be guiding and mentoring one of Nimble’s Client Partner teams, developing internal pipeline / account management processes, and training your team to best practices for maintaining and growing our number and performance of Nimble partner pharmacies. A person that will succeed in this role is someone who has a high level of ownership, has experience in account management / selling B2B technology, and leading a team that does so.
