Key Responsibilities

• Support the organization and management of production planning and material demand data
• Monitor production and material status, and share updates/issues with relevant teams
• Provide trilingual translation and communication support in Chinese, English, and Korean
• Assist with operations management and document/data organization
• Support material purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations
• Collaborate with related departments to resolve logistics and inventory issues
• Prepare production/inventory reports and manage data entry
• Support other operational and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major not specified
• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean (both verbal and written communication)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills
• Quick learner with flexibility in handling operational issues
• Experience in operations management, production management, logistics, or warehouse management preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills
