Summary:

As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing enterprise network security environments with a strong focus on Cisco ISE-for AAA and NAC and Palo Alto firewall security. A typical day involves ensuring secure authentication, monitoring firewall traffic, resolving incidents, and maintaining compliance standards. The role requires proactive troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to ITIL processes to maintain a secure and highly available infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Deliver and manage security services across client environments focusing on Cisco ISE and Palo Alto Firewalls to ensure robust authentication, secure access control, threat prevention, compliance, and operational resilience.
-Must have skills: Cisco ISE, Palo Alto Firewall, Zscaler , Network Security Operations
-Expected to perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Cisco ISE and Palo Alto technologies.
-Configure and manage Cisco ISE (PAN, PSN, MnT) including 802.1X, MAB, RADIUS, TACACS+, and posture policies.
-Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS) including security policies, NAT, App-ID, and threat prevention.
-Monitor authentication logs and firewall traffic logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
-Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management (ITIL/CAB) processes.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and TAC for issue resolution and service improvements.
-Perform IOS Upgrades related to Palo Alto Firewalls, Zscaler Proxy and Cisco ISE PSM Nodes.
-Perform firewall rule analysis, optimization, and periodic access reviews.
-Support vulnerability remediation, patching, and compliance-related activities.
-Prepare and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and audit documentation.
-Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members


Professional & Technical Skills:
-Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cisco ISE and Palo Alto Firewall and Zscaler Proxy administration.
-Strong knowledge of AAA (RADIUS/TACACS+), 802.1X, MAB, and NAC policies.
-Expertise in Palo Alto firewall management.
-Basic Knowledge on network security fundamentals and TCP/IP
-Good understanding of Palo Alto firewalls, App-ID, user-ID, content-ID and Global Protect.
-In-depth understanding on IPsec VPNs, Global Protect VPNs, Security Profiles, Firewall implementation.
-Good understanding on cloud providers like AWS, Azure.
-Basic Knowledge on Operating Systems Windows, Unix, Linux.
-Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
-Hands-on experience in troubleshooting authentication and network security issues using logs and packet analysis.
-Experience with security monitoring and incident response processes.
-Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and ITIL framework.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
