Mission

Drive user acquisition and reactivation strategies to fuel business growth by attracting new users, ensuring activation of pre-approved credit within 30 days, and re-engaging churned users inactive for over 4 months. Leverage data-driven campaigns and innovative approaches to maximize customer lifetime value and unlock key growth opportunities.

What you will do

  • Shape the lifecycle strategy for two critical segments—acquisition and reactivation—providing substantial room for professional growth and measurable impact.

  • Increase in the number of new users obtaining a pre-approved credit, focusing on reducing friction points in the acquisition funnel.

  • You will have the autonomy to design, implement, and optimize strategies that directly influence key growth metrics. Your work will be highly visible, with direct contributions to the success of Addi's user growth and engagement initiatives.

  • Design and execute at least 10 A/B testing experiments to identify the most effective strategies for improving conversion rates in the acquisition and reactivation segments.

  • Partner with cross functional areas like marketing and analytics to develop strategies oriented to ensure data driven decision making and optimization

Requirements

  • Growth Marketing Expertise

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in lifecycle marketing, user acquisition, or reactivation strategies in a digital-first environment.

    • Strong track record of designing and implementing successful A/B testing experiments to optimize conversion rates.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making

    • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker) and SQL to extract insights, measure performance, and track key metrics.

    • Demonstrated ability to interpret user behavior and campaign effectiveness using data to inform decisions.

  • Campaign Management Skills

    • Hands-on experience running omnichannel marketing campaigns, including paid media, email, SMS, and in-app messaging.

    • Proven ability to optimize user journeys to increase acquisition and engagement.

  • Revenue and Retention Focus

    • Demonstrated success in driving measurable revenue growth and improving retention metrics through targeted lifecycle campaigns.

    • Ability to segment and personalize communication for diverse user personas.

  • Collaborative and Strategic Thinking

    • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams to align growth strategies with broader business goals.

    • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in Financial or FinTech Industry

    • Familiarity with financial products, especially credit or lending solutions, and the unique challenges of user acquisition in this domain.

  • Marketing Automation Proficiency

    • Experience with tools like Braze, Iterable, or similar platforms for lifecycle and campaign automation.

  • Global Market Exposure

    • Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions or markets, adapting strategies to local contexts.

  • Technical Acumen

    • Basic understanding of APIs and data integration for personalized campaign execution.

How the hiring process looks like

  • Meet with our recruiter for a 30-minute video chat. We will get to know you better, understand what you’re looking for, and answer any questions you might have about ADDI.

  • Meet with one team member for a 45-minute video chat interview. Here, we will ask you to solve a technical exercise with SQL and also questions about your background and dive deeper into your experience and skills. You will be able to ask any questions about the culture and how we work at ADDI.

  • Meet with our Head of Growth for a 45-minute chat to talk about your skills in driving growth initiatives, experience with A/B testing, deep dive in your growth lifecycle knowledge and cultural alignment.

  • Business Case Presentation, with this business challenge, we want to see your business strategy, prioritization skills and expertise facing a real-situation.
