About the Role

专员，理赔

工作职责：
1.在KPI及SLA要求内完成作业

2.宣导、执行作业规则和流程

3.指导下级作业审核员

4.SSO内外部沟通，包括BU、CHO运营管理部门、法务、精算、IT等

5.提出系统优化建议、参与系统需求撰写及系统测试

6.在SLA要求内保证SSO服务相应时效，负责SSO内部作业问题协调

7.问题件、争议件、仲裁件的BU、CHO运营及IT沟通及跟进

8.参与培训规则、计划制定，培训落地（classroom training + on-job training）

确保培训目标达成

9.日常案件质检，案件质量审计，向主管反馈质检问题，并根据质量问题制定、调整培训方案

任职资格：

1.本科或以上学历，医学背景为佳

2.中文书面表达流利

3.5年左右理赔经验

4.良好的人际沟通技巧，团队合作能力

5.良好的学习能力、适应能力、抗压能力

6.良好的业务分析能力，高效的问题解决能力

7.具备中级以上行业资格
