Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in the development and configuration of software systems using Salesforce Development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing procedures, and documentation requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and cloud technologies. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles. - Experience in leading a team of developers and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Solid grasp of coding standards, testing procedures, and documentation requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
