We are currently looking for Solutions Analyst to join the Case Center Business Unit at Thomson Reuters to support business operations and planning activities for new and existing customers throughout the World. Help them introduce and utilise new systems that allow the faster more efficient delivery of Justice!

Thomson Reuters Case Center is a solution built to streamline hearings and trials for courts and administrative hearing agencies, expedite case resolution for prosecutors and defence counsel, and improve case preparation for law firms and self-represented litigants.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Solutions Analyst you will

  • provides specialised consulting activities in the delivery of projects, with particular regard to the following projects phases:Customer onboarding gathering and analysis of existing workflow

  • Project implementation and change management

  • Training of key stakeholders

  • Become a subject matter expert in the Case Center solution

  • Provide 3rd Line support to global support teams

  • Client Training - Contributes to the design and preparation as well as delivers training to our Case Center customers


About You

  • Knowledge of change management
