About the Role
As an Internal Sales Executive – HPE, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of partners while supporting sales growth across the HPE business. You will work closely with field sales teams, Business Development Managers, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
You will be responsible for generating new business, managing your sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and helping partners maximize the value of their relationship with TD SYNNEX.
What You'll Do
Develop and manage relationships with partners and key customer accounts to drive sales growth.
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls and partner engagement.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while managing opportunities through the CRM system.
Provide quotations, pricing guidance, promotions, and commercial support to customers.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers and vendor teams to identify and develop project opportunities.
Achieve revenue, margin, and sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in sales, internal sales, account management, or business development.
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to achieve commercial targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM systems, quotation tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Fluent Polish and English.
