Your Role

This role „Teamlead Corporate Operational Excellence“ (COE) will drive the organization's efficiency by leading operational excellence initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders:

  • Cultivate a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization. Spearhead initiatives that optimize operational efficiency, improve performance, and enhance delivery

  • Project and Program Management: Oversee the planning and execution of operational excellence projects and programs, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget

  • Performance Management: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project/program outcomes and the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project and program managers. Foster a culture that encourages professional growth, collaboration, and innovation

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

  • Risk Management: Oversee the identification and mitigation of operational and project/program risks

Your Profile

  • Profund experience in a leadership role in operations consulting and in-house consulting in a large organization with a proven track record in operational excellence, process improvement, and project/program management

  • Proven ability to optimize organizational structures and processes, achieving significant cost savings and improved operational efficiency

  • Deep knowledge in Lean Management, Industry 4.0, and Factory Planning

  • Experience in restructuring companies to ensure long-term efficiency and competitiveness

  • Comprehensive management experience, including leading cross-functional and global teams through critical production phases and ensuring timely and efficient project execution

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in English and German (C1-Level); other languages are an advantage
