As an AIS PERA Waterfall Calculations Director you will lead implementation of MYWF across multiple Alternatives Clients and act as SME and product owner for MYWF globally.

Successful candidate will be a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders and senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations for MYWF implementation.

Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative, be able to perform well under pressure and be capable of managing multiple and diverse assignments.

What you will be responsible for

As Waterfall Calculations Director, VP your responsibilities will include:

• MYWF application SME, overseeing the onboarding, development and testing during application upgrade
• Lead development of MYWF Business milestones
• Lead MYWF development by identifying opportunities to enhance the tool beyond current scope, work together with internal stakeholders to gather requirements
• Lead MYWF testing by identifying edge cases, potential issues and dependencies. Ensure testing and validation processes are structured and aligned with best practices
• Represent the team in high level client calls explaining MYWF capabilities, addressing concerns and managing expectations. It includes demos and representation of the SME team in onboarding calls and pitch meetings with prospective clients
• Represent the team in high-impact discussions, contributing to decision-making beyond immediate responsibilities
• Lead stakeholder calls, effectively managing discussions
• Lead large-scale projects that have a significant impact on business performance
• Enhance risk management and quality controls (establish testing framework, proactively identify risk and inefficiencies and drive change)
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of waterfall model deployment strategy

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business preferable
• 8-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 4 years of working on Private Equity fund structures like Private Credit Funds, Direct Investment Funds or Fund of Funds.
• Investran experience would be an advantage.
• Waterfall modelling Total Return and Deal-by-Deal and ability to efficiently and independently build an Excel waterfall model in its entirety is a must have.

Minimum Salary:​

zł282,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
