Position Objective

The Business Analyst III supports the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems and processes with a primary focus on the Service and Sales modules within ERP LN and legacy Baan 5c. The position completes assignments of moderate to high complexity with limited oversight and provides ongoing support to business users and subject matter experts.

Role Summary

Support delivery of business and system solutions within ERP LN and Baan 5c Service and Sales modules.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and ERP product owners.

Ensure smooth operations, enhancements, and continuous improvement within the Service and Sales functional areas.

Dimensions

Collaborate closely with ITS staff, ERP developers, product owners, and global Service and Sales teams.

Support and train business users and subject matter experts.

Assist in vendor coordination for Service and Sales module deliverables and enhancements.

Nature and Scope

Works under limited oversight of an experienced business process specialist or Information Technology Manager.

Ensures that Service and Sales standard work is defined, monitored, and improved in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.

Executes requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and documentation activities for ERP LN and Baan 5c modules.

Key Responsibilities

Apply knowledge of enterprise business processes and systems to solve business problems and support customers in achieving operational goals.

Support development and continuous improvement of ERP LN and Baan 5c Service and Sales modules.

Perform business process analysis: prepare as-is and to-be workflows and identify required configurations or enhancements.

Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements.

Support data integrity and replication, including transition scenarios from Baan 5c to ERP LN.

Participate in SIT/UAT cycles and validate functional configurations and integrations (Service, Sales, Logistics, Finance, etc.).

Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and lead root-cause analysis for Service and Sales module incidents.

Create training materials, job aids, and support deployment and change‑management communications.

Maintain module roadmaps and identify improvement opportunities for Service and Sales workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

4 to 6 years of experience in ERP business processes and systems.

Strong functional expertise in ERP LN Service and Sales modules; working knowledge of Baan 5c.

Ability to analyze complex workflows including service orders, work orders, service parts, customer service, and sales order processes.

Moderate to strong knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SCM, PLM, HRM).

Experience with master data, replication, and migration between Baan 5c and ERP LN.

Proficiency in writing functional specifications, process maps, test cases, and training content.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Ability to work effectively with onshore/offshore teams and provide leadership.

Passion for enabling change and continuous improvement.

Preferred experience with ERP deployment, stabilization, and global service or sales operations.

Summary Pay Range:

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
