About the role

This position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations. Sets day-to-day activities and assists in managing and monitoring production operations, maintenance, plant engineering, scheduling and personnel.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervision and support of personnel (safety).
• Ensure operational metrics (daily production compliance, product quality: scrap, FPY).
• Drive continuous improvement of operations.
• Resource management.
• Personnel management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Over 2 years of experience in personnel administration and related areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology.
• Personnel management (pre-payroll).
• Conversational English.
