Overview: Within the standard working hours, complete the designated production tasks in accordance with the process requirements and serve as a warehouse employee.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Complete production tasks under the leadership of the team leader.

2. Follow the process of standards and quality standards.

3. Complete the relevant records related to work procedures.

4. Manage personal tools, fixtures, and equipment, and complete daily maintenance.

5. Report any abnormal situations to the team leader in a timely manner.

6. Implement 5S work and the company's safety policies.

7. Identify areas for continuous improvement.

8. Assist in resolving minor issues within the production team.

9. Warehouse material management, including preparing materials according to the recipe sheet and production plan to ensure inventory accuracy.

10. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Personnel Requirements:

1. Have a sense of responsibility.

2. Observe discipline.

3. Strong execution ability.

Educational Background and Skills:

1. High school or vocational school diploma or above.

2. Production experience in mechanical installation or assembly enterprises, experience in gear box factories preferred.

3. Prior experience in warehouse management preferred.

4. Age 30-35 years old preferred.
