Salary: $82,250.65 - $113,302.11 + super + Salary packaging

About the role

• Advanced Clinical Practice: Perform MRI and CT imaging with a high level of autonomy, applying sound clinical judgement and technical expertise across complex imaging procedures while prioritising patient safety and comfort.
• Patient-Centred Care: Deliver compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each patient’s needs, while maintaining accurate documentation, confidentiality, infection control and safety standards.
• Collaboration & Quality: Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to quality improvement, radiation safety, WHS initiatives and the ongoing enhancement of imaging services.
• Leadership & Development: Support student education and mentor junior staff while actively participating in CPD, departmental training, research and evidence-based practice.
• Make an Impact: Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues, contribute to a positive team culture and help deliver excellent patient outcomes across the department.

About you

• Qualified & Accredited: Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent), with current AHPRA registration and a NSW EPA Radiation Licence.
• Experienced Clinician: Proven clinical experience in a Medical Imaging environment, with a strong commitment to safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Collaborative Team Player: Confident working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Strong Communicator & Problem Solver: Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and manage complex challenges.
• Committed to Excellence: Passionate about best practice, quality improvement, risk management and WH&S, with strong computer literacy and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
