Direct Procurement Contracts Manager

Description -

Job Description: 

  • Lead execution of supplier contract negotiations in partnership with Direct Procurement Contract Managers, ensuring alignment with hardware contracting policies and timelines.
  • Own end-to-end contract process coordination, from business requirements through execution, ensuring speed, compliance, and quality.
  • Execute and support complex supplier contract negotiations, including Tier 1 MPa and Print commodity agreements.
  • Coordinate across Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely contract execution and issue resolution.
  • Drive improvements to contract processes, tools, and workflows to reduce cycle time and increase compliance.
  • Serve as the primary interface between Direct Procurement Contracts and Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • Produce and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting for contract status, cycle time, and compliance.
  • Analyze contract and process data to identify delays, risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent contract initiatives independently, prioritizing based on business impact.
  • Escalate risks and propose solutions to senior stakeholders in high-impact sourcing programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence may be considered.
  • Typically requires 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field; or an advanced degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting supplier contract negotiations or sourcing programs in a global supply chain environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract processes, compliance requirements, and supplier management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficiency with Power BI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency with Ariba and SAP a plus.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency with iCertis Contract Lifecycle Management software is a plus.
