Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Production Supervisor to oversee operations and drive the establishment of an efficient and high-performing production system. This role requires strong leadership skills to maintain ensure operational efficiency, and optimize production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, a keen eye for process improvement, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Production System Development:

• Lead the implementation of the best production system, focusing on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to enhance productivity.
• Ensure adherence to Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.

🔹 Operational Leadership & Supervision:

• Coordinate with Front line production Supervise during the night shift to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety policies and company regulations.

🔹 People Management & Discipline:

• Coordinate with Front Line Supervisor to Maintain strong discipline and motivation among night shift operators. Also address attendance, tardiness, and performance issues promptly.
• Provide coaching and guidance to improve worker productivity and teamwork to the Manager.

🔹 Quality & Efficiency Improvement:

• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team and Frontline Supervisor to minimize defects and rework.
• Drive initiatives to reduce downtime and maximize equipment utilization.

🔹 Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain detailed shift reports and communicate key issues to the day shift team.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth equipment operation.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
✔ Experience: 3-10 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
✔ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to enforce discipline while fostering a positive work culture.
• Excellent knowledge of production systems, efficiency improvement methods, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night shift environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

➤ Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
➤ Prior experience in electronics, automotive, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or heavy industry manufacturing.
➤ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
