THE ROLE: The Senior Field Service Technician - Industrial Equipment is responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers.

Travel within the Central Region - create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization
Executing field service activities at customer sites i.e. maintenance, set up and removal of equipment
Demonstrates high impact culture through innovation, accountability and empowerment
Must be able to function in a team environment
Usually works with minimal supervision
CDL A or B a plus
Travel Requirements:
Some travel required
20%-80% travel depending on division & location (overnight stays, away from home)

FMCSA Certificate of Awareness
Driver Certificate of Violations
Driver Statement of On Duty Hours Road Test
DOT Medical Certificate
Education Requirements
HS diploma or equivalent
Capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements Preferred
Experience Requirements:
Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
Clean driving record
Work experience preferred
Experience servicing & repair of industrial equipment. Industrial or commercial process water experience Preferred
Skill Requirements:
Preferred: electrical, mechanical, diesel
HDPE fusion knowledge preferred
Work without direct supervision and can provide coaching/training to entry-level technicians
Experience with Microsoft Office
Must have customer service experience
Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability

SALARY: Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
