About This Role:
As a Patient Support Program Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our Patient Services team, responsible for orchestrating and enhancing our patient-centered programs. Your role will involve developing a value-generation model for the business, ensuring that our services and solutions align with market needs and patient experiences. You will manage budgets, collaborate with various departments, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. By leading vendor teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, you will ensure that our patient services are not only effective but also innovative. Your contributions will be instrumental in aligning patient services with broader business strategies, ultimately enhancing our impact on patient journeys.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with area leadership to develop a value-generation model for the business.

  • Coordinate budget allocation for Patient Services projects.

  • Work collaboratively to support strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Develop and oversee vendor teams to ensure program understanding and contribution.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, privacy, legal, and quality requirements.

  • Support governance creation and implementation between Patient Services and other business areas.

  • Implement communication strategies for services and solutions with stakeholders.

  • Monitor project timelines and identify necessary adjustments.

  • Develop engagement frameworks with vendors, focusing on patient adherence and satisfaction.

  • Identify development opportunities by monitoring business resources and capturing feedback.

  • Conduct monthly analyses of Productivity KPIs to enhance patient adherence.

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Pharmacy, or related fields.

  • Intermediate English proficiency.

  • Experience in managing matrix-based projects.

  • Experience in PSP/DSP and patient strategy.

  • Knowledge of workflows and processes related to patient support programs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in multichannel interactions and patient engagement strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills for KPI analysis and reporting.
