Job Description:
State Street is searching for a strong Senior AI Lead focusing on using AI tools to simplify and transform the day to day data operation work, improve data accuracy and lower operational risks.
The lead will be responsible to use AI tool to establish data quality control framework and maintenance model to ensure data accuracy, conduct data quality assessments, and prevent data quality issues.
The lead will need to work with all department stakeholders to collect detailed AI requirements, prioritize projects and track to finish.
Familiar with the latest technology trends and concepts.
Expert with latest AI technology and application in data quality field.
Excellent project management and communication skills in a global working environment.
Strong data analysis skills a must.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze business requirements regarding data quality checks from various data source systems;
Establish proper control and framework on data quality issue detection and data correction process with proper approvals from business owners.
Discover and analyze cause of systematic errors of data and identify data quality improvement opportunities.
Build out intuitive data visualization dashboard/reports.
Discover and analyze data insights using AI tools.
Seek opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability for the current system in use in terms of data structure and process improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related required; financial services experience a plus
At least 8 years of data analysis and data quality control experience.
Proficient with advanced AI tools
Superb project management skill in a global working environment;
Attention to details and can do attitude is essential
Team player but can also work independently
In-depth Experience in Alteryx is a required
Experience with Spotfire, Python, Tableau or other data visualization/reporting tools preferred.
Exceptional data analysis and SQL experience is a must
Flexible working hours may be required.
