Sobre a posição

Atuará como especialista em FP&A para a América Latina, com foco em análises financeiras, consolidação regional e suporte à tomada de decisão. Trabalhará em parceria com times locais e regionais, com forte exposição à liderança.

Principais responsabilidades

• Conduzir atividades de planejamento financeiro (budget, forecast e análises de variação)

• Apoiar a consolidação dos resultados regionais e geração de insights

• Desenvolver e acompanhar KPIs de desempenho

• Atuar como business partner das áreas de negócio, influenciando decisões estratégicas

• Realizar análises financeiras, cenários e demandas ad hoc

• Suportar mercados estratégicos, com foco no México

• Garantir qualidade dos dados, controles financeiros e melhoria contínua de processos

• Preparar relatórios e apresentações executivas

Requisitos

• Graduação em Finanças, Contabilidade, Administração ou áreas correlatas

• +4 anos de experiência em FP&A

• Experiência em ambiente multinacional (diferencial)

• Excel avançado e Power BI ou similares

• Conhecimento em HFM/JDE (diferencial)

• Inglês e espanhol fluentes

• Perfil proativo e orientado a resultados

• Interesse em automação e melhoria de processos
