Primary Responsibilities:
- The Event Field Marketing Manager will communicate and negotiate with individuals and groups outside the organization, representing our local team to home show sponsors, the public, and other external sources.
- Creating and planning the annual local calendar of events where our products and services can be showcased, including retail outlets, events, and home shows.
- The Event Field Marketing Manager is also responsible for providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person on local venues and events where our products and services can be demonstrated with the intent of generating qualified leads.
- Evaluate the success of current and past participation and recommend a course of action for future participation.
- Identify appropriate displays for each event and work with designated parties responsible for delivery and set-up to ensure that installation of displays is performed on time and within budget and meet all codes and safety requirements.
- The Event Field Marketing Manager will be required to have a flexible schedule to participate in the events within the community. You will be working alongside of your staff at events and stores in the area to train and demonstrate lead generation capabilities.

Primary Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
- Requires 2 years of experience in planning events in a management setting that includes in-person lead generation is a must. This is a 70% in- person B2C work setting.
- Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail.
- Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives.
- Ability to analyze effectiveness of events, sponsorships & local programs.
- Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion, and advertising.
- Demonstrated analytic skills.
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Access.
- Compensation and bonus programs will be discussed during interviews.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
