More about this role

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Responsible for successfully developing and implementing the business plan, strengthening and expanding Mondelēz International's position with the assigned customers, by preparing, negotiating, and executing business plans.
  • Analysis and identification of needs in each category (product range, prices, commercial policy, administrative management, promotional activity, etc.)
  • Detect possible areas for growth (out of the box)
  • Definition of OMNI channel plans (in stores, online and with the customer's Field Force)
  • Definition of promotional and loyalty plans for the Field Force of customers to achieve greater capillarity and presence in the POS we visit or do not visit with our FFVV 
  • Together with Mdlz supervisors, define action plans at the POS visited by our GPVs in order to activate growth plans in all Mdlz categories. 
  • Expand and strengthen strategic relationships with customers by identifying white spaces and implementing appropriate action plans.
  • Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
  • Establish and develop strong cross-category collaborations.
  • Manage pricing (Gross-Net), assortment and forecast accuracy
  • Together with cross-functional colleagues, assess, plan and execute appropriate promotional and in-store visibility.
  • Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.
