Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or enrollment role required
At least 2-3 years of experience in member enrollment or a related administrative role in the health insurance industry highly preferred
QNXT experience highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Solid understanding of member enrollment processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in data entry and knowledge of relevant computer applications and software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive member information.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet enrollment deadlines.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle complex enrollment issues and resolve member inquiries effectively.
