For the region South East - Limburg / Brabant / Gelderland e.o. we are looking for an Account Manager Advance Wound Care who strategically focuses on the further development of customer relationships and thus on the planned turnover growth in the region. Important elements of this role are planning, development and execution of sales initiatives for various large and smaller institutions, such as hospitals, wound expertise centers, nursing homes and home care organizations, where stakeholder mapping and DMU management are crucial. In this autonomous position you report to the Associate Sales Director AWC, Benelux.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth in the appointed territory by mapping out tailor made strategies for each targeted customer and/or account (i.e. with protocols of care, trainings, case studies, congresses and/or collaborations with wholesalers)

• Close cooperation with marketing in defining and executing strategies

• Attend national congresses together with the commercial team

• Management of customer data in Microsoft Dynamics according to Convatec guidelines

About you:

• Experience in a commercial role, preferably within medical devices

• Project management skills and/or event management skills are a plus

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Ability to work solitary as well as in a team

• Strong digital skills, such as using Microsoft applications (Dynamics, PowerPoint)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Living in the south-east of the Netherlands

• Drivers license
