Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
  • Lead a team of Salesforce Developers and Administrators in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce development, customization, and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges related to Salesforce implementations.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and train team members on Salesforce development and best practices.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce development projects.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs and third-party tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities with experience leading a Salesforce development team.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DX and CI/CD practices.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security models and sharing rules.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
