As a senior technical leader in our Identity & Access Management organization, you will be instrumental in helping shape the future of identity services by establishing a next-generation ecosystem that modernizes and transforms these capabilities to meet the security needs of our global company. Your objective is to disrupt conventional approaches, champion a cloud-first strategy and deliver outstanding experiences to both internal and external user communities.
This role demands a unique combination of strategic insight and executional discipline to ensure our platforms and practices align with industry best practices and stay ahead of market trends.
The position is a hands-on technical leadership role that requires a unique blend of deep technical mastery in AWS and Azure, a passion for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and the ability to articulate complex security concepts to stakeholders across the organization.
A successful candidate will guide the design, modernization, and migration of enterprise IAM platforms into Azure and AWS environments. This role blends deep technical expertise with leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, hands‑on cloud IAM experience, and a proven track record of successfully transitioning on‑premises IAM solutions to cloud-native architectures.
Position Responsibilities:
Cloud Migration Strategy: Lead the end-to-end migration of IAM applications and workloads from on-premises data centers to AWS and Azure, ensuring zero-downtime and high availability
Security Orchestration: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing and deployment of IAM configurations and security policies
Stakeholder Management: Translate technical requirements into business outcomes, collaborating with DevOps, Security, and Compliance teams to maintain a secure cloud posture
Collaboration: Partner with security, infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to ensure IAM integrations align with enterprise security and compliance requirements
Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction, mentorship, training and thought leadership to IAM team members and stakeholders
Troubleshoot complex IAM issues across hybrid environments and drive resolution
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in IAM-focused cloud work, including hands‑on delivery within Azure and AWS
Experience and proven track record migrating large-scale applications, services, or platforms from on‑premises to cloud environments
Experience in a "Lead" or "Senior" capacity, guiding technical projects from inception to completion
Experience with Automation & DevSecOps: Proficient in automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, with a deep understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD orchestration (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
Experience with Protocol Proficiency: Deep technical knowledge of identity standards including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM
Experience writing and maintaining automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for cloud infrastructure
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, security analysts, and business stakeholders
Experience with platform domains including server, OS, networking, load balancing, storage, etc.
Experience with verbal and written skills, including the ability to influence technical roadmaps, present to executive leadership, and translate complex IAM concepts for diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Experience with Multi-Cloud: Extensive experience managing identity services within both AWS (IAM Roles, AWS Organizations, Cognito) and Azure (Entra ID/Active Directory, Conditional Access, Managed Identities)
Experience with Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and LDAP-based directories
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or Microsoft/AWS security certifications
Experience in regulated industries (aerospace, defense, finance, healthcare)
Experience with identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access, federation, and directory services
Experience with Zero Trust Architecture principles and how to apply them at scale
Experience building and maintaining legacy IAM platforms or applications
