About the Role

The individual is responsible for facilitating the process of developing leaders by providing timely and relevant training programs utilizing the digital platform.
He is involved in the planning, designing, monitoring and governance of leader development programs of agency sales, while providing training support and guidance to the Field Partners nationwide.

  • Designs and enhances leader training programs and tools.
  • Ensures timely delivery of leader training and development programs by the sales training managers based on established company training path.
  • Discusses and agrees with the Zone Heads on the delivery of each area’s training requirements.
  • Validates knowledge and skills of sales training managers and leader training officers in delivering leader and sales management training within specified company standards and timelines.
  • Monitors delivery and performance of key performance indicators as agreed upon with the supervisor.
  • Reviews and recommends procedures and policies to enhance leader training effectiveness and administration
  • Consolidates nationwide leader training schedules on a regular basis.
  • Submits consolidated training reports regularly as required by the supervisor.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending professional development workshops; establishing networks and benchmarking best practices.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
