We are looking for you !

• Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $195,000

• Bonus Eligibility: Up to 35% Annual Performance Bonus

• Travel: 50% to 75% regional travel (primarily drivable territory) with a $500 monthly auto allowance

Job Summary: The VP of Operations is responsible for strategic leadership while also ensuring everyday operational activities run smoothly and effectively across the Great Lakes region. This position is additionally responsible for managing and directing the capital expenditure process and budgeting. The VP of Operations champions and promotes a strong safety and compliance culture implementing programs to ensure associate safety and company regulatory & procedural updates.

• Defines and executes the regional operational strategy, establishing clear safety guidelines, optimal organizational structures, and robust risk-monitoring frameworks to achieve business growth.

• Optimizes industrial resources across the region, focusing on leadership development, team competency, and the strategic tracking of capital investments.

• Monitors regional operational health utilizing performance dashboards, KPIs, and structured roadmap evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

• Oversees comprehensive industrial programs focused on process safety, facility reliability, maintenance excellence, and integrated IT/OT systems.

• Provides executive oversight and strategic support for the rollout of major capital expenditures and regional industrial projects.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in engineering, chemistry, administration, etc.

• 15+ years of experience managing or technical experience operating an industrial site.

• Knowledge on basic finance & accounting calculations (investment, financials KPIs…).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior industrial gas industry experience.
