Position Summary You will support the product marketing team in Brazil by helping to plan and execute marketing activities for healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. You will work with medical, sales, digital and legal teams to deliver high-quality materials, events and analyses. We value curiosity, collaboration and a strong desire to learn. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Support the Product Marketing Manager in the execution of the marketing plan for healthcare professional activities, coordinating with medical, sales, digital, legal and other partners. - Prepare marketing analyses and reports that inform strategic decisions and measure campaign performance. - Help develop promotional and digital materials for healthcare professionals, following internal policies and approval timelines. - Organize and maintain competitive activity information and market insights. - Support event planning and execution for congresses and regional events. - Assist in budget tracking for promotional investments and administrative tasks for the marketing area. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication, Pharmacy or related area. - 0–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer goods industries. - Good written and verbal communication in Portuguese. - Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines. - Commitment to follow internal policies and governance. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Previous experience supporting healthcare professional communications or events. - Experience working with digital channels or content development. - Basic knowledge of budget control and financial tracking. - English at intermediate level. - Experience using analytics or reporting tools. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
