Job Description Summary
The Global Senior Communications & Marketing Leader will set and lead the enterprise-wide internal and external communications and marketing strategy for the business line, in close partnership with the Electrification and GEV Communications leadership teams. This dual-hatted role carries end-to-end accountability for defining and executing the global MarCom strategy for the CEE P&L, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, commercial objectives, and long-term growth ambitions.
As a trusted strategic advisor to the Global Business Leader, this role translates business vision and strategy into a compelling, differentiated narrative that drives clarity, alignment, and execution across global markets and stakeholders. The leader will shape how the business is positioned internally and externally, enabling clarity of purpose, acceleration of commercial performance, and sustained reputational impact.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior strategic partner to global business leadership, influencing decision-making by translating enterprise strategy into clear, impactful communications and marketing initiatives.
- Define, own, and evolve the global communications and marketing strategy aligned to business priorities, growth objectives, and customer value creation.
- Shape and articulate a cohesive global business narrative that connects strategy, innovation, and value propositions to customer and market needs.
- Lead the development of integrated messaging frameworks that ensure consistency, relevance, and differentiation across regions, functions, and channels.
- Orchestrate multi-channel, multi-market communications ecosystems to maximize reach, engagement, and business impact.
- Act as a counselor to senior leadership, advising on communication effectiveness, reputation, and stakeholder perception as drivers of business performance.
- Ensure alignment and integration across corporate, business, and regional communication teams, setting governance, standards, and best practices at a global level.
- Measure and continuously optimize communication and marketing effectiveness through data, insights, and performance indicators tied to business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Major experience focused on Internal/External communications and MarCom
- Bachelor’s Degree; major in Communications, PR, Business Administration or Marketing
- Prior work experience that includes written & verbal communications, events, and project management
- Advanced Spanish
